Additionally, the service was discounted by 50% during Black Friday, prompting me to schedule another session! My only suggestion would be to address the chilly floor when clients remove their socks, perhaps by providing slippers or laying down a towel. I was left sitting in silence while my hair was being poorly handled. The staff even had the audacity to ask for an extra fee just to dry my hair at the end. The overall lack of customer care and professionalism was truly shocking.
