Upon arrival, he greeted me warmly and discussed my desired changes. My hair was excessively long and damaged, and I wanted a fresh, short look. Throughout the process, he was delightful, explaining each step towards achieving my desired outcome. I adore my new haircut, and the overall experience was delightful!
