To top it off, one of the employees displayed passive-aggressive behaviour and condescended towards me. £30 down the drain. Absolutely loved my visit to this salon! Ana did an incredible job with my hair. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the overall experience was fantastic.
The salon itself is stunning, with all tools sterilised for cleanliness. The complimentary tea was a lovely touch as well.
I will definitely be returning and will be recommending this place to everyone. The professionalism of the entire team was top-notch.

The service technician demonstrated excellent skill; however, I found the pricing structure to be less than satisfactory.
During my initial visit to this spa in early December for a "Classic Pedicure," the cost of Shellac nail polish removal and reapplication was included in the overall price (£50.00). On my return for a second appointment for the same treatment, I opted not to have polish reapplied, yet I was unexpectedly charged extra for the removal at the start of the session. Having had my nails done in various locations worldwide, I have never encountered a situation where polish removal was an additional cost during a pedicure. I had a fantastic experience at this nail salon in Glasgow. The technician took great care of my nails and repaired them beautifully. For the first time, my cuticles didn't bleed during the trimming process, which made me extremely happy. My nails have grown out healthily since then! I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is particular about nail care.
