I received a firm yet relaxing massage from Alice. It felt incredibly rejuvenating. I am quite particular about my massages, and Alice graciously accommodated any adjustments I requested. Additionally, the service was discounted by 50% during Black Friday, prompting me to schedule another session! My only suggestion would be to address the chilly floor when clients remove their socks, perhaps by providing slippers or laying down a towel. Having my nails redone for the past 15 years, this recent experience was by far the worst. One nail broke just a day after, and within 10 days, 3 out of 4 nails had chipped. In all my previous nail salons, I never had a single nail break within 4-5 weeks. The service was rushed as they did my "infill + shellac" and "Pedicure + shellac" within just 1 hour and 10 minutes! How can such poor quality work be acceptable? A proper pedicure should take at least an hour of dedicated care. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this salon. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. The lack of communication and ambiance made the whole ordeal uncomfortable. I was left sitting in silence while my hair was being poorly handled. The staff even had the audacity to ask for an extra fee just to dry my hair at the end. The overall lack of customer care and professionalism was truly shocking. She is highly proficient and well-informed about the treatments she performs, which is both comforting and engaging. She also has a delightful manner and explains the procedures she is about to carry out before doing them, so that nothing catches you off guard. She takes the time to evaluate your skin before starting her treatment and, as this was an evening session, she concluded by applying nighttime skincare products so that I could head straight home and unwind without having to do my own routine.
