I visited for a balayage or highlights (relying on their professional advice) with the goal of covering my dark roots to match my overall blonde hair. Regrettably, the outcome was far from satisfactory. The blonde coverage was uneven, resulting in visible streaks of my natural hair colour in some areas. The highlights appeared streaky and failed to blend seamlessly with the rest of my hair. I was left sitting in silence while my hair was being poorly handled. The staff even had the audacity to ask for an extra fee just to dry my hair at the end. The overall lack of customer care and professionalism was truly shocking.
