While I don't wish to harm the reputation of the establishment, I feel compelled to share my experience. Years ago, stress had severely dried out my skin, making me appear much older and unhealthy. Desperate for a solution, I sought a consultation at ESClinic. Opting for three microneedling sessions for my face and neck, I emphasized avoiding harsh ingredients, as my skin was sensitive. The first session was uneventful, but during the second, the solution was changed without my consent to a pricier one containing retinol, contrary to our agreement. Despite my reservations, I proceeded with the treatment. Unfortunately, my skin worsened over the following weeks, leading to a disappointing third session. After enduring months of distress, I sought a new practitioner who explained the potential damage improper microneedling could cause. Switching to skin boosters under their care restored my skin's health. Additionally, the recommended Alumier products proved unsuitable for my skin, causing adverse reactions. Subsequently, I switched to more affordable, sensitive skin-friendly products from a popular UK retailer, which have maintained my skin's well-being for three years.

My initial visit was through online research, impressed by positive feedback. At this stage, I was only scheduled for a consultation. The clinic's cleanliness was notable, and Lorraine's cheerful, polite, and professional demeanor stood out. She took the time to explain potential treatments and set realistic expectations. Her own glowing skin served as a testament to the clinic's expertise. I eagerly anticipate my upcoming treatment with her in a few weeks.
