My first trip to Hair Haven for a full head of highlights, haircut, and blow dry was absolutely fantastic. The service was exceptional, and the use of quality hair products has greatly improved the condition of my hair - absolutely thrilled! I can confidently recommend them.
I'm quite perplexed by the high ratings this salon garners. My visit with Isla for highlights and a trim was rather underwhelming. It seems her skills are lacking. The bleach may have been left on for too long, as my hair is now brittle.
Holly is absolutely fantastic!! I cannot praise her enough, I wouldn't entrust anyone else with my hair. I've had my fair share of disappointing hairdressers, but Holly is definitely not one of them, she listens attentively to my preferences and strives to deliver perfection every time. Her hair extensions are also top-notch, my hair receives numerous compliments.
