My visit to this hair salon was exceptionally disappointing. I visited for a balayage or highlights (relying on their professional advice) with the goal of covering my dark roots to match my overall blonde hair. Regrettably, the outcome was far from satisfactory. The blonde coverage was uneven, resulting in visible streaks of my natural hair colour in some areas. The highlights appeared streaky and failed to blend seamlessly with the rest of my hair. Overall, the final look was unprofessional and poorly executed.

She swiftly trimmed my bob while maintaining precision, thinning out the ends as per my request. It was evident that she was well-versed in her craft. Following my instructions, she applied an ample amount of mousse, giving my hair a voluminous look. Not all hairdressers pay attention to my preferences, and my hair often loses its shape quickly.
