The most revolting encounter of my life - bought a single massage voucher from Groupon for £50, only to be met with a distasteful proposition by the manager, Jenny. She insisted on an additional £10 payment for the therapist to apply more pressure. Reluctantly, I obliged in the hopes of a better massage. However, upon attempting to leave, Jenny persistently pushed for more purchases, pressuring me to pay a deposit, claiming it was a special offer, and so forth. Despite my repeated expressions of needing time to consider, she demanded immediate payment to secure the discounted rate for future sessions. Feeling trapped, I eventually relented and paid £100 for 2 more massages with the same therapist. A session was scheduled for 4 weeks later, but the day before, I was informed that the therapist was unavailable. No effort was made to reschedule, and I received no further communication. Upon Jenny's return from China, she displayed no remorse and continued to push for sessions with different therapists. When I requested a refund due to the abysmal service, she initially refused, citing a no refund policy. After persistent complaints, she reluctantly agreed to a partial refund of £80. I was left £20 poorer for their last-minute cancellation and failure to deliver the promised service. Terribly disappointing experience, steer clear of this establishment. Greedy, money-driven practices, appalling customer service, and dismal facilities in cramped quarters. Unfortunately, a friend had an identical experience.
Absolutely phenomenal massage experience!! Laura was hands down the best Masseuse I've ever encountered. Engaging in delightful conversations during the session added an extra layer of enjoyment. Jenny, the gracious host, truly made the entire visit memorable. A must-visit establishment!
Absolutely adored it. Despite the lack of opulent decor and candles, the massage itself was flawless. Finally, a skilled masseuse who pinpointed my problem areas and worked on them diligently while tending to my entire body. Impressed beyond measure, I will certainly return. The staff were incredibly welcoming as well.
