Having my nails redone for the past 15 years, this recent experience was by far the worst. One nail broke just a day after, and within 10 days, 3 out of 4 nails had chipped. In all my previous nail salons, I never had a single nail break within 4-5 weeks. The service was rushed as they did my "infill + shellac" and "Pedicure + shellac" within just 1 hour and 10 minutes! How can such poor quality work be acceptable? A proper pedicure should take at least an hour of dedicated care. Save your money and avoid this place.
As a first-time customer at L'Amour in Earls Court, I was impressed by the friendly staff who offered warm drinks and smiles to everyone. During my treatment, I noticed their great attention to detail. They managed to restore my nails to excellent condition. I will definitely be making L'Amour my go-to salon for nail care in the future!
The interior and exterior of this place were extremely tacky and dirty. What made me most uncomfortable was the staff speaking in their native language. I couldn't help but wonder if they were talking about me or laughing at me. This unprofessional and rude behaviour is unacceptable. It would be much appreciated if at least one person could communicate effectively in English, considering the amount we pay for their services. I will not be returning here, that's certain.
