I've been frequenting this salon for many years now. The quality of service here is consistently excellent. The apprentices are trained in-house to the highest standards, and the experienced staff have been with the salon for a long time. Every time I get a colour, trim, and blow dry, it turns out beautifully. They also offer complimentary drinks and you can order food from a nearby restaurant. The welcoming atmosphere and the impeccable cleanliness of the salon make it a top choice for me. Highly recommended.
Utterly dreadful service experience. It was impossible to reach them over the phone, messages went unanswered, and it seemed like they had no interest in responding. A friend had recommended this place to me initially, but even she had her appointment cancelled without an apology on the day. Despite potentially good haircuts, the lacklustre customer service is a major letdown.
I've had the pleasure of getting my hair styled by Cheyenne at the salon a few times. She is skilled with all hair types and displays remarkable patience. Overall, the service provided here is fantastic!
