I have visited this establishment for eyelash extensions thrice now, and each time has been an improvement - even when I attempted to remove my own lashes, which was a significant error on my part! Evie is incredibly patient and composed, carefully noting your desires. She is remarkably gentle and attentive, making the two-hour session fly by. The results are consistently stunning! They truly outshine my colleagues who also have their lashes done elsewhere! Absolutely worth every penny.
I have undergone numerous lash lifts across London, but without a doubt, Jane is the finest lash artist I have encountered. She provides exceptional customer service and takes great pride in her work. I would wholeheartedly recommend her services.
My initial experience at London Lash Studio left me feeling cold towards both the receptionist and the lash technician. There was a lack of warmth and hospitality. Throughout the 48-minute treatment, the technician remained completely silent. There were no updates like 'we need to wait 15 minutes' or 'we're almost finished' - just silence. While my lashes look beautiful and exactly how I wanted them, I hope they will last for at least four weeks. I just wish the staff were more friendly, welcoming, and had a smile on their faces.
