Extremely welcoming and considerate hairdressers. The wait was minimal and the prices were more affordable compared to other salons in the vicinity. I left with a fantastic new haircut too.
Requested a brown hair dye, but the outcome was identical to my initial shade. I paid nearly the full price for essentially no change...
The team was pleasant, but the waiting time was excessive and the stylist didn't follow my requests. I specifically mentioned no "razoring" on the ends, yet she used the scissors, leading to immediate split ends. Despite my clear instructions to only trim the current style and add face-framing layers, she cut off so much that my curls now appear messy and unprofessional. She seemed confused about cutting a simple fringe, leaving it much shorter and only trimming half as discussed. Initially, I attributed the awkward look to the use of a round brush that was too small for the style, hoping it would improve once I styled it myself. I advise against this salon for individuals with long, curly hair or those seeking a polished haircut.
