Absolutely disappointing! I was eagerly anticipating my pedicure, only to have it botched by an inexperienced technician. My feet are in a sorry state now. To top it off, one of the employees displayed passive-aggressive behaviour and condescended towards me. £30 down the drain. Never returning.
I visited today with my brother and the service was absolutely abysmal. Numerous patrons were attended to before me despite my lengthy wait of over an hour.
