I popped in one morning and Theresa managed to fit me in and executed a stunning shellac nail design based on a photo I showed her, all within an hour!
This establishment is impeccably clean and welcoming. The technicians here are truly exceptional! The massage chair hits all the right spots, providing a truly relaxing experience. I appreciate their dedication to delivering high-quality service without making customers feel rushed. I highly recommend that patrons show consideration for others by refraining from loud phone conversations and bringing earplugs if they intend to watch videos on their devices. The technicians, though too polite to mention it, appreciate this courtesy. Overall, my experience at PurLux nails and spa was fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
While on a trip, I was fortunate that Theresa could accommodate me at the last minute. She was delightful! She performed a flawless dip manicure on my nails— and I am very particular about my nails. I am thrilled to have discovered her :) Theresa provided exceptional customer service and showcased impressive nail artistry. I will definitely return next time I am in London.
