Outstanding hair salon. Rini is exceptional. I'd been loyal to the same stylist for years, so I was hesitant to try a new place. I needn't have worried, as I am thoroughly impressed. Rini skillfully incorporated my preferences (I'm quite particular!) into her own creative vision, resulting in the best hair I've had in ages. I couldn't be happier (and it's a delight to have such a high-quality salon nearby!) and the pricing is very reasonable. The salon and the team are all-around fantastic. Having my nails redone for the past 15 years, this recent experience was by far the worst. One nail broke just a day after, and within 10 days, 3 out of 4 nails had chipped. In all my previous nail salons, I never had a single nail break within 4-5 weeks. The service was rushed as they did my "infill + shellac" and "Pedicure + shellac" within just 1 hour and 10 minutes! How can such poor quality work be acceptable? A proper pedicure should take at least an hour of dedicated care. She used 3 different tones to change the colour (which was frizzy, bleached, dry grey hair) and created lovely caramel tones, blended out the grey & styled with soft curls! I’m off to 3 parties this weekend & can’t wait to show it off! Already had wonderful compliments! It’s also made me look younger! THANK YOU so much for a great first experience.
