During my initial visit to this spa in early December for a "Classic Pedicure," the cost of Shellac nail polish removal and reapplication was included in the overall price (£50.00). On my return for a second appointment for the same treatment, I opted not to have polish reapplied, yet I was unexpectedly charged extra for the removal at the start of the session. Having had my nails done in various locations worldwide, I have never encountered a situation where polish removal was an additional cost during a pedicure. The most revolting encounter of my life - bought a single massage voucher from Groupon for £50, only to be met with a distasteful proposition by the manager, Jenny. She insisted on an additional £10 payment for the therapist to apply more pressure. Reluctantly, I obliged in the hopes of a better massage. However, upon attempting to leave, Jenny persistently pushed for more purchases, pressuring me to pay a deposit, claiming it was a special offer, and so forth. Despite my repeated expressions of needing time to consider, she demanded immediate payment to secure the discounted rate for future sessions. Feeling trapped, I eventually relented and paid £100 for 2 more massages with the same therapist. A session was scheduled for 4 weeks later, but the day before, I was informed that the therapist was unavailable. No effort was made to reschedule, and I received no further communication. Upon Jenny's return from China, she displayed no remorse and continued to push for sessions with different therapists. When I requested a refund due to the abysmal service, she initially refused, citing a no refund policy. After persistent complaints, she reluctantly agreed to a partial refund of £80. I was left £20 poorer for their last-minute cancellation and failure to deliver the promised service. Terribly disappointing experience, steer clear of this establishment. Greedy, money-driven practices, appalling customer service, and dismal facilities in cramped quarters. Unfortunately, a friend had an identical experience.About

If there's less than 1, it should be -1 worst place ever.. I came for foot massage, went to the therapy room, and a very angry lady came to me shouting "change, change!!" She closed the door so hard. I changed and lay down. I asked gently, "Can I have a pillow for my head?" which should be provided without asking. She pulled the pillow from under the bed with an angry "Uff"!! I asked, "Are you angry about something?" She shouted, "What!! I don’t understand you!!" I came to relax, not to get nervous and be treated like that!! The place is so ugly!! The 30-minute foot massage costs £35!! For what!! I'm so surprised this place is still here after 9 years!! How!! Don’t recommend.. run!!About
