WHILST THE STAFF HERE WERE EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY + THE TREATMENT ROOMS VERY CLEAN AND RELAXING, UNFORTUNATELY THIS DOES NOT JUSTIFY THE VERY HIGH PRICE FOR A 50-MINUTE "FULL BODY" MASSAGE THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE FEET, FACE OR HEAD AS STANDARD. I WAS FORTUNATELY GIFTED THIS EXPERIENCE AND MY PARTNER PAID EXTRA FOR ME TO HAVE A HEAD MASSAGE SPECIFICALLY... WHICH I LATER FOUND OUT WAS NOT ADDITIONAL TIME ADDED TO THE 50 MINUTES BUT RATHER WAS INCLUDED IN THE 50 MINUTES. THIS MAKES NO SENSE AND MISLEADING WHEN YOU BOOK A "50 MINS MASSAGE + UPGRADE" I ASKED FOR EXTRA FOCUS ON THE HEAD BUT I FELT LIKE IT WAS STILL A 10 MINUTE FOCUS AS PER UPGRADE. I GUESS THEY REALLY WANT TO AVOID MASSAGING SPECIFIC AREAS?
Have been lucky to have had 2 massages in Manchester. Both were fantastic, adore the heated massage tables. I left feeling so serene and had great energy for a few days after. The reception staff were superb, and extremely helpful when booking. Just booked my 3rd visit with a Black Friday deal. See you soon :)
