Regrettably, I am parting ways with this salon after my nails and hand skin suffered DAMAGE.
Just 5 days later and my nails are already chipped. It's absurd - I had them done on Friday and specifically inquired about when I should return for a touch-up. The technician confidently assured me that they should last for 3 weeks. I've been getting professional manicures for quite some time now, and this poor application of gel is unacceptable. My nails are naturally strong and easy to work with, so the fact that one has chipped indicates a shoddy gel application. This has never happened to me with gel manicures; the whole point is for them to be long-lasting. I'm truly disappointed and would not recommend this salon for those seeking a professional service. It was a waste of both time and money.
Today marked my debut at Townhouse and it truly was a delightful experience! Anjali pampered me with a gel manicure and her skills were impeccable - she was not only friendly but also gentle with my hands, paying meticulous attention to detail. I was indecisive about the colour, so she let me experiment with a few shades before settling on Berkeley Square, which I absolutely adore. While Townhouse may be pricier than other salons, I believe the quality justifies the cost. I highly recommend it! 😊
