Chanel was fantastic! It was my first time at Townhouse on the opening day in Putney. I usually feel anxious in new places, especially for pampering services in London. Chanel was amazing, making me feel at ease, engaging in friendly conversation, and providing a gentle pedicure. I opted for the luxury pedicure, and I highly recommend both the service and Chanel. My nails look beautiful, and my feet feel incredibly soft. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back.
I regret to say that my experience was disappointing despite the lovely staff. I paid £60 for a manicure and pedicure with a discount, but the results were not worth it. Cuticles were damaged, gel application was uneven, and the nail colours did not match the screen. The lighting was poor due to the placement of spotlights, making it difficult to do a proper job. The lack of decor on the walls made the experience dull, and the immovable chair caused discomfort. I usually pay £24 for a great manicure locally, so this was a waste of money.
Being a regular customer at Putney London Grace, I was excited for the re-opening as Townhouse. The salon has been revamped with a central nail bar, creating a more spacious and private feel. The colour choices were great, the staff were friendly, and the manicure was excellent, maintaining the high standard of London Grace. Points from before were carried over, and Townhouse offers the same 7-day guarantee. I highly recommend a visit to Putney Townhouse.
