I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this salon. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. The lack of communication and ambiance made the whole ordeal uncomfortable. I was left sitting in silence while my hair was being poorly handled. The staff even had the audacity to ask for an extra fee just to dry my hair at the end. The overall lack of customer care and professionalism was truly shocking. I regret choosing this salon and would advise others to steer clear of it.
Magda is absolutely fantastic. She truly listens to my needs and delivers exceptional results every time. I visit her regularly for root touch-ups and recently she gave me a stunning bob cut. We also discussed adding some face-framing highlights for the summer, which I'm looking forward to. Magda is a skilled and talented hairdresser who always exceeds my expectations. Highly recommend her services! 💇♂️
