My mother suggested Shout hair to me and I couldn’t be more grateful. Tyrese made me feel at home as soon as I arrived (which means a lot when you have certain worries). Tyrese was professional, highly knowledgeable, supportive, empathetic, and she made a point of truly listening to me (which is something I haven’t experienced in years past). She was witty, delightful, and just a pleasure to be around, yet she also delivered the results that exceeded my expectations. I am incredibly thankful to her! The other ladies were equally warm and friendly, creating a welcoming environment, especially for those with negative past experiences. I cannot recommend Tyrese and this place enough! 5*

On Saturday morning, I entered seeking a trim and to have my undershave redone as it had grown out a bit. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had not brought cash but promptly returned to settle the bill after using a cash machine. Incredibly friendly and quick to assist.
