I visited here as my usual spot is hard to reach now that it's in the ULEZ. I could reserve a spot online which was fantastic and very convenient. The booking presented me with two choices for waxing, one at the standard rate and another at a lower price with a specific staff member. I opted for the cheaper option due to a significant price gap.
Upon arrival, the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The establishment appeared clean.
The waxing process was carried out in a comfortable manner.
However, when it came time to settle the bill, I was charged the full price instead of the option I selected. I was informed that it wasn't the staff member I chose, but someone else, and those were the rates. It felt like a misrepresentation and a poor excuse to charge me more. Consequently, I am unlikely to return. My first time at the salon and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The entire salon exuded warmth and friendliness. The ambiance was top-notch. Jayde was phenomenal. She truly understood my preferences and gave me the best haircut I've had in years. Can't thank you enough.
