Natalie and the ladies at VIP truly excel in their craft 🤩 I've never had such a positive experience at any salon before and I used to avoid them, but now I've gone back to VIP several times for extensions, and every single time I leave feeling fantastic. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else! Natalie is incredibly accommodating and always willing to meet the needs of her clients. It's truly a team effort, and it's one of the most welcoming places I've visited to get my hair done. I felt more comfortable walking into this salon than ever before. It was my premier outing for a beauty session post hurting my knee, I felt rather anxious but all in the salon were so kind and supportive, even the other patrons! I scheduled an appointment for a fresh cut and a full head of highlights with the delightful Lyla. I can genuinely say that I've never received such a fabulous cut and colour; my highlights appear so natural and are exactly what I desired. Lyla carefully examined my reference images and asked for input throughout the process, leading to an end result that left me thrilled. I felt like a VIP as the other stylist in training, Shelby, assisted with drying and toning my hair alongside Lyla!
