Happi’s hair and beauty salon

The proprietor of this salon is absolutely amazing and provides exceptional customer service. Even if I were to call her the Queen of makeup, it still wouldn't do her justice. She has been blessed by the heavens with incredible communication skills, but her actions speak louder than words. I arrived in Edinburgh last year and had been on the hunt for a good salon, having been to several disappointing ones before stumbling upon hers. Now that I've found her, I have no desire to look elsewhere as she is simply perfect. "You're incredible, Happi. Thank you for the wonderful service 🥰" I'll be recommending her to everyone; just pay a visit and you'll see firsthand how flawless she is, which is why I've written this lengthy message. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars, but the limit here is 5, so that's what she's getting.

Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I came in with damaged hair, and she understood my concerns and suggested the best hair treatment at reasonable prices. I am now delighted with my hair post-Keratin treatment ☺️ and will definitely be returning.

I cannot sing enough praises for this hidden gem of a business and the fabulous team, Happi and Sadiah in particular. I am forever grateful to them 🙏. My daughter's long locks had become severely tangled in multiple areas and seemed beyond repair. Happi's expertise and can-do attitude meant she took on a monumental challenge that no other salon would. She took control of the situation, arranged for extra staff to step in while we fetched specialized hair products, and both ladies worked tirelessly from 5 pm to midnight to resolve the issue. They treated my child with such care and tenderness as if she were their own, and despite their exhaustion, they didn't give up until her hair was restored. I highly recommend this salon and would give them 10 stars if I could. The service is top-notch, and these ladies are truly exceptional. A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart 😊.
