I am getting my laser hair removal treatment done at Shumaila's Cranbrook Road salon by Manpreet. She does her job very well and is extremely helpful and genuine. She answers all the questions that I have related to the treatment very politely and also suggests me other procedures with good deals. In all the years I've had my eyebrows threaded, no one has ever asked me about the shape I prefer - round or curved - except for Harriet. Her attention to detail and skill are truly commendable. The proprietor of this salon is absolutely amazing and provides exceptional customer service. Even if I were to call her the Queen of makeup, it still wouldn't do her justice. She has been blessed by the heavens with incredible communication skills, but her actions speak louder than words. I arrived in Edinburgh last year and had been on the hunt for a good salon, having been to several disappointing ones before stumbling upon hers. Now that I've found her, I have no desire to look elsewhere as she is simply perfect.

I recently availed a package deal for a facial and massage through a local platform. The masseuse, Priya, delivered an excellent massage experience. However, during the facial, I found the process lacking. The application of just a few creams seemed basic and could easily be replicated at home. Moreover, the steamer was not functioning properly.
