There's a lady with spectacles (Bethan I assume) who interacts with customers as if she's fulfilling a duty. Always engrossed in her phone, disregarding the customer's needs and rushing through tasks just to expedite the service. However, the rest of the team is fantastic, particularly Harriet who dedicates all her time and energy :)
