This establishment is the least desirable place to visit. The employees exhibit extreme rudeness in their interactions with customers. When I asked about pricing, they terminated the call by suggesting I seek services elsewhere. The same discourtesy is observed in their nail salons.
Arranged a one-hour massage due to neck discomfort. I was attended to by Peter, who displayed exceptional professionalism and targeted the specific areas requiring attention. His pressure was spot on, and I departed feeling significantly improved. My neck no longer feels as rigid as before. Thank you, Peter.
Extremely disappointing. Wouldn't even rate it 1 star. I phoned to schedule a massage and inquired about treatments for a trapped nerve in my shoulder. The person on the line replied with "I don't know" and abruptly ended the call! Unbelievable behaviour! There was no attempt to seek assistance from a colleague. Avoid wasting your time here, they are unable to assist anyone.
