I recently availed a package deal for a facial and massage through a local platform. The masseuse, Priya, delivered an excellent massage experience. However, during the facial, I found the process lacking. The application of just a few creams seemed basic and could easily be replicated at home. Moreover, the steamer was not functioning properly. The facial treatment, which was supposed to last 60 minutes, concluded in just 20 minutes.
The lack of professionalism at this establishment is concerning. While Farah herself is usually pleasant, my recent visit for eyebrow services was disappointing. The staff displayed horrible customer service. One employee arrived late, showing reluctance to work and expressing hopes that no clients were scheduled for the day.
