Superb service from Fiona. I've visited another place in Gravesend where it felt like a money-making venture, lacking value as they neglected the knotted areas of my body. Fiona, on the other hand, was incredibly attentive, addressing all the tight spots. She's a compassionate therapist, even offering a snack and fruit post-massage, along with tea, as my stomach was growling throughout. Despite the doorbell ringing, she remained focused on the massage, even locking the door for privacy. The complimentary sauna was a delightful bonus. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
