I made an appointment to visit this salon as it had great reviews and I had just moved to the area. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the stylist was on her way. When I inquired about the wait time, I was told to call her, which I did, and then messaged her. She then informed me that she had an emergency, which is understandable, but it would have been nice to receive prior notice. I rescheduled for that afternoon, and before returning, I messaged the stylist to confirm her availability. Three days later, I still haven't received a response. Staff solely gave me directions - no chit-chat was even tried!! Popped in spontaneously based on a suggestion but won’t return. Asked for a basic full set of acrylics with a clear top coat in the square shape. Each nail was uneven and the lengths didn’t match. It felt like the tech just wanted me gone even though I was the sole client… I've got numerous cuts along my cuticles as the tech was really harsh and didn’t prep my nails properly. Paid £33.
