I made an appointment to visit this salon as it had great reviews and I had just moved to the area. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the stylist was on her way. When I inquired about the wait time, I was told to call her, which I did, and then messaged her. She then informed me that she had an emergency, which is understandable, but it would have been nice to receive prior notice. I rescheduled for that afternoon, and before returning, I messaged the stylist to confirm her availability. Three days later, I still haven't received a response. Fortunately, I was able to find another salon on short notice that could style my hair.
I recently visited the eternal charm hair and beauty salon to get my hair styled in twists. The stylist was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. She styled my hair beautifully. The appointment started on time and she worked very quickly. I would highly recommend this salon. Keep up the excellent work!
Undoubtedly one of the finest hair stylists in Edinburgh. Reasonable price for an absolutely fantastic haircut. He truly dedicates his time and doesn't rush like other barbers I've visited. I'm now getting a haircut every week instead of every two weeks because of how fresh I feel.
