The staff seem indifferent to the growing queue of frustrated customers, showing no urgency in serving. I endured a 35-minute wait today to collect a prescription due to a customer indecisive about face cream, making it a frustrating experience. Fortunately, this visit marks my final time at this place.

Visited Boots in the UK to collect five prescriptions today. Despite receiving a text on 29/09/23 stating they were ready, I waited seven more days, only to find three ready and two missing. Waiting an hour and a half for one and having to return for the other was exasperating. Seeing others come in, collect, and leave while I waited added to the frustration. Staff responses of "being checked" or "being bagged up" felt like unnecessary delays. Waiting this long to bag some tablets is unreasonable; it shouldn't take longer than my weekly shopping. Very disappointed with the poor service.
