I have my prescriptions sent electronically to this pharmacy in the UK, expecting a text when it's ready. However, the system is unreliable, leading to delays and running out of medication due to assumptions it's not ready.
The medication dispensed is supposedly double-checked, but errors like giving peppermint gaviscon instead of aniseed raise concerns, especially for allergic customers.
Today, upon collecting my prescription checked by two staff, I discovered one item missing, causing inconvenience.
The staff seem indifferent to the growing queue of frustrated customers, showing no urgency in serving.
I endured a 35-minute wait today to collect a prescription due to a customer indecisive about face cream, making it a frustrating experience.
