Requisitioned an appointment for acrylic nails with shellac. Upon mentioning this, they disclosed being fully booked, which I comprehend. Yet, I sought insight on future availability—be it in two weeks, three weeks, or even two or three months. No details were proffered; instead, I was placed on hold. Waited extensively, but no response ensued. Felt rather impolite 😞 and unprofessional! as there was no callback or response. Attempted to reconnect, but the call went unanswered.
