The service here was amazing! At first I was scared to get my ear pierced but the person there was so comforting, patient and helpful. They took their time with me even though I was afraid of needles and did it quickly. Everything looked very sanitary and safe as well. Regrettably, the necessary standards of cleanliness and sterility for procedures like microdermabrasion, microneedling, and chemical peels are completely lacking - posing a risk of infection. The sponges are not being changed after each client, and are left dirty. The microdermabrasion headpiece is not being properly cleaned after use. Microneedling was carried out on a swollen face. It is imperative that your staff undergo training.
