The exterior appears neat. Regrettably, the necessary standards of cleanliness and sterility for procedures like microdermabrasion, microneedling, and chemical peels are completely lacking - posing a risk of infection. The sponges are not being changed after each client, and are left dirty. The microdermabrasion headpiece is not being properly cleaned after use. Microneedling was carried out on a swollen face. It is imperative that your staff undergo training. I cannot recommend this establishment, as they seem to lack proper knowledge and adherence to sterility protocols.
I have to give a glowing 5-star review for Manju. She is an exceptional practitioner. I usually feel quite anxious during laser sessions, but she managed to make me feel comfortable and confident in her care. I will definitely be continuing my laser treatments with Manju. ❤️ #Laser
