I recently relocated and was on the hunt for a top-notch new salon. Delighted to have stumbled upon this gem! The staff here are incredibly warm and welcoming. Despite closing at 6pm, they graciously stayed open till 6:30pm to ensure my nails were done to perfection. Their technique is spot on, creating a thin and natural look that I absolutely adore. Highly recommend 💖💖

Avoid this place at all costs. The state my friend's nails were left in after a gel removal here was appalling. Even months later since April, her nails have struggled to recover. The removal process was excruciating, with the nails being scraped off instead of soaked properly. If you value the condition of your nails, steer clear of this establishment.

Visited about a fortnight ago for a festive Christmas design. Initially, the nails looked lovely as I had hoped. However, they were left sharp along the edges, causing discomfort around my fingers. Within days, they started turning an unsightly orange hue due to the top coat. The colour worsened daily, accompanied by constant chipping and peeling of the paint and top coat. I felt extremely dissatisfied and self-conscious with such nails. Upon voicing my concerns, I was met with unhelpful responses claiming the nails were meant to be that way. To rectify the situation, they demanded an additional £40 for fixing, despite my original payment of £35. Disappointed, I sought assistance from my usual nail salon in Huntingdon to correct the botched job. The first image showcases the disastrous outcome after just a week, contrasting greatly with what I had initially requested. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that establishment.
