Today marked my inaugural visit to Samantha Alexander's salon, recommended by a friend. I am absolutely thrilled that I followed her suggestion! My hair was in dire need of a refresh but after Samantha worked her magic, I felt like I had a brand new hairstyle! Despite being a last-minute addition to his schedule, he didn't rush any part of my treatment (even though it turned out to be a bit more complex than anticipated), and each step was handled with professionalism. The team was incredibly welcoming and consistently offered me a variety of beverages, both hot and cold, and during the hair wash, the chair even provided a back massage! So incredibly relaxing! Lily expertly tinted and highlighted my hair, and the final colour is stunning.
