The staff here are pleasant and highly skilled. I opted for an eyebrow wax and tint. The process was comfortable, but the technician only left the dye on for about 3 minutes, charging me £13. Unfortunately, before the week was over, my eyebrows had returned to their original state, and the dye had completely faded. When I mentioned that the dye was not left on long enough, the individual I paid seemed dismissive. Given my desk job, I mentioned she might find knots in my shoulders and neck. Alex delivered an exceptional massage! I prefer firm pressure (not just a light touch) and she accommodated my request. I left Pure feeling incredibly relaxed. I will definitely be back for another session.
