The staff here are pleasant and highly skilled. I opted for an eyebrow wax and tint. The process was comfortable, but the technician only left the dye on for about 3 minutes, charging me £13. Unfortunately, before the week was over, my eyebrows had returned to their original state, and the dye had completely faded. When I mentioned that the dye was not left on long enough, the individual I paid seemed dismissive. I would have rated it 5 stars if the timing and product had been correct, and if the person I paid had been more attentive.
