Quite taken aback by their impolite manner on the phone. I rang to schedule an appointment for me and my mum for a massage on a Monday around 6pm. Was informed they had no slots and suggested coming in early morning, which is acceptable. Mentioned I needed to confirm with my mum and call back, but as soon as I mentioned this, the lady abruptly ended the call. Seeing similar experiences in reviews is disappointing. Due to the discourteous phone etiquette, we will not be availing of their services now or in the future.
Reached out to inquire about an appointment and check availability, only to be informed "sorry fully booked," which I completely understand if my requested dates and times were unavailable. However, when I inquired about their next availability, I received a curt two-word reply of "sorry busy." Subpar communication and customer service. I have no intention of trying to use their services again.
Last-minute call for a Chinese Massage. Exceptional deep tissue massage targeting my problem areas. The masseuse was delightful, and I could sense she was quite occupied, multitasking with appointments over the phone during the massage. I would definitely return.
