Long-time client, but recent visit was disappointing. Waited 20 minutes for a pedicure, cold water, loud music. Sat for nearly two hours, left with unpolished toes, paid £60. Tried to speak to Pooja, no response. Not recommended, questioning staff's qualifications.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! HALF MY EYEBROW CUT OFF. Beautician mentioned eyebrow height difference, suggested olive oil. Discovered 2cm of eyebrow missing later. Very unhappy, no apology. Had to buy eyebrow pencil, more money and time. Looks bad even with pencil.
First time here, will surely return! Clean place, lovely ladies! Happiness did my beautiful acrylics with gel polish. She was caring, considering my broken elbow. Took her time, very attentive to detail. Friendly and kind. Love my nails, will come back for more treatments!
