This recent visit was a stark contrast to my last review from about 3-4 years ago! What has changed? The ground floor now feels more spacious and bright. There are numerous beauty stalls, showcasing popular brands. The store now offers a variety of products catering to all, including babies, expectant mothers, vitamins, curling irons, and an array of condoms for men in various sizes. The first floor houses a Prescription/Optician area. I observed that there is extra space near the photo machine upstairs that could be utilized for self-service machines, and the snack/salad machines from downstairs could be relocated upstairs. The area where the snack/salad machines are currently situated on the ground floor could be transformed into self-service machines. Moreover, expanding the product range where the self-service machines are currently located would create a more open and inviting space. This restructuring would enhance the convenience for customers on both floors. However, the pricing of most products is considerably higher compared to Savers, Superdrug, and supermarkets. I exchanged pleasantries with the security guard and another individual, but there was no staff available to assist, which was quite disappointing.
