I visited this morning for a massage and the receptionist was extremely impolite and rude. She asked for £35 for a 30-minute session, even though the leaflet advertised £30. When I questioned her about the price difference, she replied, 'My boss says it's £35 for women.' This place doesn't even deserve one star.
