What a terrible ordeal. The hairdresser seemed inexperienced and untrained, with no supervision or guidance. Oh dear! The back of my hair was cut too high, in a harsh straight line with no blending, leaving visible lines where the hair lengths were attempted to be faded, the top looked more like it had been chewed than cut, and there was no clean-up of the neck hair. I had to hastily leave before he could touch my beard!About

I had my initial hair appointment in about a year, and I was so embarrassed about the state of my hair. Oliver did such an incredible job, took extra care, made me feel at ease. I have textured hair, so I was extremely impressed that he knew exactly what to do. I have a deep admiration for this salon; the staff here are incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to working with blondes! I must give a special mention to Jen - my hair had been severely damaged by a previous stylist who applied bleach, resulting in orange roots and brittle ends. Over the span of a year, Jen managed to restore my hair to its natural blonde state and has been expertly highlighting it ever since. She mastered the art of creating a low-maintenance blonde balayage, which was exactly what I desired. Another shoutout goes to Angel; I always opt for blowouts with her, and the curls she creates last for a remarkable 4 days post-blow dry.
