Do not squander cash! I presumed I'd find a dependable hairdresser and be in safe hands. However, after requesting my natural hue to be restored, I ended up with black hair beneath and sporadic strands of red/orange/blonde on top instead. I lodged a complaint, revisited, and they applied a toner that did absolutely nothing. I complained again, seeking a refund, but was denied. They suggested I return once more, but after my previous visit resulted in uncomfortable silence and no improvement, I refuse to make a third trip and risk another mistake.

Emily and her team are the most gracious, warm-hearted individuals that you could hope for that quickly become more like family. Nothing is too much trouble and their level of expertise and experience in all things in hair and beauty is just remarkable. I always jest that it’s like coming “home” when I visit and that’s precisely what it feels like. Whether you’re looking for a full pamper or just a quick styling session, I assure you won’t be disappointed. I'm not easily impressed and rarely leave feedback but I'm genuinely amazed and would have no hesitation in recommending any of the team or their services.
