Staff were incredibly impolite! I used to frequent this place a few years back without any issues. However, on my last visit last year, I was rudely told there was no availability. Today, I decided to give them another chance, thinking maybe it was just a bad day before. I politely inquired about a service, was seated, and then told they couldn't do it because I had it done elsewhere. The way I was spoken to was offensive, especially after the previous incident. I've been to many nail salons, but never experienced such disrespect. Despite their good work, their attitude is unacceptable. They don't even deserve the one star I gave in my review.

Visited Nails 2U for a nail session, absolutely delightful experience. Nails were stunning, albeit a tad long for me. Returned the next day for adjustments, handled with ease and kindness. Can't praise them enough!! Grateful!
