Today, I visited this spa for the first time, and it was an extraordinary experience. The ambiance upon entry was incredibly peaceful. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable. The staff members were delightful as well. If you seek an unparalleled pampering experience, this is the ideal location for you. I am already making plans for my next visit. Simply incredible. My family and I visited the spa on a weekend to celebrate my son's birthday. The employees were exceptional. We had a private changing area with secure lockers. We then indulged in the sauna, followed by a full body exfoliation and a relaxing massage. The entire session was delightful and reasonably priced. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it.

Received some gift vouchers for my birthday. The establishment's exterior is quite shabby, with walls showing signs of condensation. The towels and wraps provided were disappointing, very old and emitting a musty odour. The sauna, however, was pleasant and snug 👍 The scrub and wash were enjoyable. The massages were decent but a bit too intense for my liking, despite me expressing discomfort a few times. Nonetheless, my partner found them enjoyable. Afterward, we were served tea and some sweets and directed to relax on the loungers in the serene room. Unfortunately, the towels were taken away, forcing us to recline on the old, uncomfortable leather loungers in just our swimwear. We were not informed that this marked the end of our package, leaving us feeling neglected. The staff, on the whole, were courteous and amiable.
