LILLY NAIL AND BEAUTY LIVERPOOL

I will never return to that establishment. I had eyelash extensions done, and they did not meet my specifications. I was left with sore, overfilled lashes, and was assured they would settle and shed within a day or so. When I returned to have them removed an hour later, the shop was closed! I had to pay to have them removed elsewhere, and the technicians were shocked by the work done at Lilly's. I question the qualifications of the staff there. When I complained and requested a refund, I was offered free lashes as compensation. I found this laughable, as I have no intention of ever setting foot in that place again. AVOID at all costs! They left me out of pocket, refused to answer my calls, and the whole experience was a disgrace. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I only give it one star because I have to.

I had my nails done today in preparation for my wedding this Saturday. Tanya was absolutely fantastic. I came in to have my builder gel removed and redone. I was concerned about their fragility when I arrived, but Tanya did a wonderful job maintaining their length and improving their strength. The French manicure she did for me is simply exquisite. Tanya was incredibly friendly, explaining each step and ensuring I was satisfied throughout. I also had my eyebrows waxed, which was quick and yielded brilliant results. Thank you!

This was my first visit to Lilly's, and I was greeted warmly by everyone. I've only had my nails professionally done once before, so I was unsure of what to request. Chloe guided me through the appointment, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The attention to detail in my nails is truly remarkable. I am thrilled with the outcome and will definitely be returning soon.
